So a buddy told me the Trespasser DLC sort of wraps up the romances / stories of the inquisition. Just like every other DA game most of the party members and MC disappears off screen to make way for the new cast. So this was a last huzzah with everyone, sort of like the Citadel DLC for ME3. I romanced Solas … Lavellan: Solas, Var lath vir suledin. Solas: I wish it could, Vhenan. The dialogue wheel for this option is "I won't give up on you," but that doesn't really make sense given Solas's response of "I wish it could." The final moment in Trespasser definitely has a lot more impact if you're in a Solas romance. As long as you don't think it will diminish your second play through experience, I might recommend finishing out your Cullen romance and then romancing Solas on your new playthrough I recently finished Trespasser with a Solas romance. Absolutely broke my heart. Anyway I just wanted to see if anyone had any thoughts on if/how this romance would be wrapped up. But after playing through Trespasser I could help but wonder how the ending would be for an inquisitor that romanced Solas. So I made a lavellan and planned to romance Solas, then, using my handy-dandy Multiple Romance Mod, rebound on Cullen so that my inquisitor could still have her happy ending. Solas and Cullen are my two favorite DA:I romances. The final moment in Trespasser definitely has a lot more impact if you're in a Solas romance. As long as you don't think it will diminish your second play through experience, I might recommend finishing out your Cullen romance and then romancing Solas on your new playthrough Solas losing his love or dear friend would be a good catalyst for a redemption arc. They could do a special nod to the romance during the death scene. Choosing to kill Solas results in no redemption and a straight-forward adversarial experience.
